Are Animals more sensitive to Ghosts than us? |
An American ghost
hunter, investigating a house in Kentucky that was
supposed to have a haunted room, took with him a rat,
a cat, a dog and a rattlesnake. The animals were put into
the haunted room one at a time. The rat behaved normally,
but the other animals all reacted in a surprising way.
The rattlesnake at once reared up to strike an empty
chair in the room. When the cat was carried into the
room, it leapt to the floor and hissed and glowered at
the same empty chair. The dog ran from the room
snarling. It refused to go back. Later, when the animals
were tested in another room, they all behaved normally.
The ghost hunter concluded that the animals could sense a
ghostly presence in the haunted room which could not be
sensed by human beings.
